I assume he must be changing his menu weekly as well? If not, I suggest she/he printed the editions as 500 (or any other sensible number) sheets per limited edition. This way, no flyers go to waste, and it makes it more “treasured”. ha ha.
Anything that gets the customers talking and giving feed back is a good thing.
If you do get to talk to 店主, say hello and find out more about him and his business, will you?
P.S. Don’t let me beat it to you and call 店主 over the phone for an interview. Silly me, I will do things like this.

Yes, calling from Calgary to do an interview is just a phone call away for me and is relatively cheap. My record, furthest, and most expensive per minute interview was my 30+ minutes call to Switzerland! But it was worth every penny of it!
